My bed had been squeaking every time I moved on my side and I'd wake my partner up every time I'd get up and get back into bed.
So today I took off the mattress and fastened all the screws and those round ikea things all their stuff has. It's now much better but the backboard still makes a small sound but I can't figure out where it's coming from.
That is a great idea! Next time I have a burst of bed fixing energy I'll give that a go!
