Of course not. The normal justice system applies; assuming they are legitimately suspected of a crime, they are held until they can be given a fair trial and their fate determined by just means. That's how the system works to punish the guilty and exonerate the innocent. Your assumption that these are all "hardcore criminals" is a media product; how has this been determined? It has not. The only just way to determine it is with a trial.

11 inch screen, so packed pretty tight. Openbox with tint2, left half of the top bar is conky. The bargraph that shows "Mem" is dynamic, it alternates between Mem/Swap/HD. I think the background image is from LXDE's very nice collection of wallpapers.

Sakura. I recently did a little survey of what was on hand for Debian Stable, and that's the one I liked best. The most important thing to me is right-click paste, because I do that incessantly.

It's called the "cart corral". I just love that.

I use Guayadeque for basically one reason only: it supports multiple libraries/collections. I wish more players had this feature. My collection is basically unmanageable without it, and it's large but not that large (about 30k tracks). Are they any other players that support multiple libraries?
