Hyperbole is when person asks you to not play one single video game to show support for trans people when you can easily play anything else instead. How dare they, so mean. Exactly like the fascists who support MAGA 🙄

Literally hundreds of games, movies and books out there not made by a monster leading the anti trans movement but you're still unwilling to give up on one video game to show support for trans people. They are absolutely right about you, nothing hyperbolic about what they said.

you are wrong . She is not just making mean tweets, she is doing very real damage to queer people and women irl.

Wonder who Maomao's friend resembles? I thought the show was implying she resembles Jinshi but idk 🤔

I've been waiting for the other shoe to drop, not sure I'm ready for the next episode 🥲

Adorable and sad, I haven't read the novel so no spoilers please but I wonder how far the story will go in terms of Fern's age, like will we get to see how Frieren deals with Fern becoming an old lady?

I saw this on reddit and it perfectly encapsulates how I'm feeling right now (._.)

Seems like they've already announced season 2 so that's great \(^^)/

Looks like Lakan just wants to be a good dad and Maomao seems more aware of why things went down the way they did than it initially seemed, a very neat and satisfying ending to the season. Also that dance was very pretty!

Didn't realize Dungeon Meshi isn't getting the attention it deserves, it's been fantastic since the beginning, hope it gets more eyes.

Lakan isn't a schemer, he's just bad at expressing himself.

I think it's a bit of both, he is a schemer and he comes off as cold and uncaring because of his face blindness. Like in previous episodes, his visits to Jinshi definitely showcased his scheming side.

Yeah, currently it definitely seems that he isn't a bad person, the dominoes just fell in such a way that we are where we are and not because he intentionally abandoned Fen Xian and Maomao.

This episode also revealed that Lakan's uncle is Maomao's adoptive father, wonder what affect that'll have on the story going forward. I hope they'll explain why Lakan never tried to find out what happened to Fen Xian, it seems he just assumed she passed away completely unaware of her current status.

So Lakan isn't as much of an ass as he was initially presented as. This episode was a bit of a difficult watch, Feng Xian clearly didn't want to be bought out but once the bid reached too high to turn down she challenged Lakan hoping to get him to buy her instead. What an awful position for her to be in, before she was just a tragic backstory for our protagonist but now she's a character who I felt sympathy for and hoped things would turn out better even knowing they won't.

It's really incredible how everything slowly comes together in this show, I imagine I'd enjoy it a lot more if I binged it instead of watching weekly cause there's some stuff that I forget from previous episodes.

mfw watching this show. Really dense episode, I like how this show doesn't slow down for idiots like me but that does also mean that sometimes I have to go back and watch some of it again to connect the dots (・_・;)

Also, they can make a whole anime just from Suirei's perspective, showing how she recruited all her co-conspirators, planning out all the murders and fleshing out her motivations.
