I moved to the states in 2005, got married, had 2 daughters. Moved us all back to my home country in 2015. I often wondered if it was the right decision and what life would have been like if we'd stayed. I haven't wondered even once since November last year.

100%. I'm an Australian, married to an American. Moved her here to Australia in 2015 and now she says she'll never set foot in that country again, not even to visit her own family. Too much uncertainty that trump will throw a tantrum and she'll get stuck there somehow.

And let's not forget the time Jesus died - well, for a few days anyway, before he got bored and wandered off - so that God could forgive us for existing after he created us!
