The issue with the new party is it's being done on behalf of aides who leak to the Murdoch press, transphobes and a literal landlord.
Building a Labour Party 2 will end in exactly the same kind of ratfucking that did the Left in the first go round.
PJP is the organisation set up and majority controlled by Corbyn personally after he stepped down as leader.
MOU Operations Ltd is a holding company directed by Beth Winter, Jamie Driscoll and Andrew Feinstein.
After Zarah Sultana got the party off the ground with her unilateral declaration earlier in the year negotiations between the Sultana and Corbyn camp led to an agreement that PJP would hold the mailing list and MOU would hold the purse strings, forcing the two sides to work together.
This change means that Corbyn has control over all the main organisational parts of the new Party.
Money is now going to Your Party Ltd (controlled by the Peace and Justice Project), instead of MOU as previously agreed between Corbyn and Sultana.
Seems like a total victory for the Corbyn faction and therefore the centralisers. They now have the money and the mailing lists.
