And what about DELTA frequencies?

The goal is to do something at the same time, and I find it can help with meditation.

Do you use different binaural frequencies for each of your activities? Like theta for meditation, gamma for concentration?

Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.

I'm a newbie and I don't know if it's very effective...

Having just a lightweight laptop, I'm not looking for self-hosting, just a small piece of software...

I'd like a small software on Linux, with a modern GUI that allows me to save certain important blog articles.

Wallabag is not interesting for me because it's too heavy (Docker)

I DON'T WANT ANYTHING SELF-HOSTED

It's clear, but I have the impression they were abandoned in favor of social networks...

The emergence of social media has destroyed all the small communities to standardize communication and information.

It's a bit of a digital version of rural exodus. And since 2017/2018, I've noticed that everything that, in my opinion, represented the internet has disappeared.

I've known Lemmy for a few hours and I feel like I'm back in the early spirit of the internet.

Small apps available on Flathub that have only one purpose

Latest examples:

  • Trilium Notes: note-taking
  • Foliate: .epub reader
  • Shortwave: radio player

My brain works in a way that 1 software = 1 single and unique thing, and you shouldn't have to go through a roundabout way to do that thing.

I realize that if I don't go, I feel weak, to the point where I struggle to carry a 3kg bag of potatoes.

No doubt because it increases our dopamine levels
