I think the "Hitler was a Marxist" and "Marx was a Stalinist" bits of it at least were distilled from some chud's actual ramblings.

I think that specific version was someone here mocking someone who got posted in the dunk tank for saying at least part of it. The stilted phrasing and the way it includes its own refutation gives it away.

The absolute best way to use AI, imo, is like an enhanced version of Google. Breaking the problem down to the smallest parts to ask about. But even then I still hate using it.

The main use a friend of mine has gotten out of it is as a way to figure out what part of the language or library documentation to even look at to learn how to do a given task, instead of just trying to articulate the problem in a way that returns the right stackoverflow questions where someone mentions the language feature or class.

Damn that guy who was very insistent that he did not use straws must have seen that.

Because it's just a buzzword that means "literally everything that isn't a very narrow band of elite managerial technocracy". Like they call Trump, the elitest and fanciest of all lads whose base of power is aggrieved landowners, small business tyrants, and the enforcers of the ruling class, a "populist" despite entirely representing the ruling elite, simply because he's also a boorish lout who's rude to them personally. They can't attack him on his crimes or his policies, because they're all elite fancy lad crimes and the same policies they themselves support, so they froth about him being rude and dumb and vulgar like the poors and call him a "populist" because he's what they imagine the public to be (when he's the physical manifestation of the American ruling class without the flimsy mask of humanity it tries to hide itself behind).

"The perfidious asiatic hordes have a word for [an english word]. It's [literally the same english word conjugated as a loan word]! I suspect this is because of their brainpans and their predisposition towards sneakiness and subversion!" - liberals, completely unprompted

The Efilists' ideology came about within a year of Gurren Lagann being distributed in the US. I have no evidence of this but I swear it looks like the guy behind Efilism literally just saw the fucking Anti-Spirals and thought "neat, this is definitely a coherent and reasonable ideology, DNA really is the ultimate evil that will destroy everything, we should be the antithesis of all life and progress". Efilism is literally a cartoon villain ideology, and not just in the abstract it's literally one specific, somewhat famous cartoon villain ideology.

You make it sound like folks had a choice.

Of course they had a choice. They could choose to become violent enforcers of the empire's will, or suffer state violence a thousand times milder than what they were being asked to commit. It's not like they were being black bagged and dragged to the front to be thrown into a meatgrinder without training or equipment, like Ukraine has been doing. They were told "go and murder for our vanity, for our dominion over all things, or sit in this box for a few years" and they chose to go do violence and bring horror and death to innocent people on the other side of the world instead of sitting in a cage for a few years.

Rich failsons tended to be given safe and cushy posts, and even beyond that most American soldiers in Vietnam survived. Literally no one should join the US military ever. It is always a worse thing to do than not doing it is.

Hypocrisy literally does not matter, GOP hogs do not have shame or moral beliefs, they do not have principles, they are literally just ravening demons wearing human skin who subsist on suffering and death and who do not perceive material reality or remember what they had for breakfast this morning. You're not owning them by accusing them of at one point doing the less bad thing when moral consistency would suggest they should have done the more evil thing which they advocate for, because they don't care, literally no one cares.

undersocialized young men that don’t know how to interact with people.

You don't even need the "undersocialized" or "young" qualifiers there. However the volcel police meme started back on the old sub it was quickly weaponized to target the sort of omnipresent low-level sexual harassment that creeps do all over reddit and it's managed to persist past the death of the sub and multiple ground shifts in site culture here because it works at suppressing that.

Sometimes grocers have pre-formed fresh hamburger patties that they're selling as a loss leader for ~$2-3 a piece or so. Splitting one of those in half and reforming it into two patties would yield two pretty large burgers while leaving another $1 per burger for bread, cheese, and potatoes. In fact, I've literally done exactly that before with excellent results. It is extremely easy to make a burger that's better than you'd get from a fast food place, because those go for volume and consistency over quality, and even at a restaurant I've only ever found one place that made burgers comparable to what I can make at home although it was too expensive even a decade ago to go there more than occasionally.

I'd also like to know where food is still that cheap in the west.

Maybe the burger is just ~2 ounces of beef or so, like a typical fast food burger? That would account for about half the per-meal cost, and both bread and potatoes are cheap enough that the rest could easily fit inside the limit.

Or he's just counting wrong.
