I usually wake up around 5-10 mins prior to my alarm if I slept the right amount (around 6 hours). In the rare occassion I get woken up by my alarm I feel the rest of the day like shit (very tired, annoyed at evrything, very sensitive to light, need 10 coffees to survive).

I know that the tech is interesting specially for logistics companies as it allows for easier fleet management, stuff like temperature controll over the whole shipment, easier location of what is being sent, having easy access to the needed documentation etc.
