The important question to ask when confronted with things like this is "To what end?" A large amount of propaganda falls apart while attempting to answer that question.
For example, if DPRK soldiers are indeed in the fighting in Ukraine, what possible benefit does Russia gain from ordering it's soldiers to desecrate the corpses of their allies? To hide that the Koreans are there? Why would Russia care if people knew? To say nothing of the question of why would the DPRK possibly allow this treatment of their dead?
