That parallels my experience. Great bean mix, haven't found a stone yet. The seasoning pack included sounds gross to me so I bin it. This mix is magic in an instant pot with your own mix of spices and whatever liquid base you like. Takes just over an hour to go from prepping to eating.

Ah, my bad mate. It looks like you were able to find what you were looking for on Voyager though.

Is it possible somehow? Maybe a client with this functionality exists?

I know it exists on Boost:

Boost filters

Full disclosure Boost isn't FOSS if that's a deal breaker for you. There are probably other apps with this functionality too.

This would be amazing.

if you’re keen to farm data.

I have enough projects already lol.

I wonder how much of that decrease is a result of instances shutting down and their users migrating off of Lemmy to platforms like PieFed and others. The users may not be completely gone, just not on Lemmy.

Good luck mate. It's a little intimidating at first but it usually boils down to something simple. A slight misconfiguration or minor syntax error can cause pretty significant issues. You might have a look at your logs or try running in debug mode to see if anything jumps out at you.

EDIT: Do you have federation enabled in the admin panel? Also probably worth making sure you DON'T have private instance checked.

federation

[–] FrostyTrichs@crazypeople.online 3 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

IIRC the way it works is by PMing you the API key to get started and you're failing at that point. Are you sure your instance is federating? I don't know anything about how fediseer works on the backend but if it's not able to send you a PM that suggests you might not be federating at all or maybe you're running a whitelist or something? I'd start investigating if your instance is reachable from other instances and if you're able to send yourself a PM from another instance.

You'll have to claim your instance on fediseer and have another instance endorse yours. It's a system of trust to help keep bad actors from having too much influence over the platform and causing others grief.

Sorry but I'm not sure. Every time I've used that tool the setup has gone flawlessly. The first time you use it you put in your instance URL and it should output something for you to add to your DNS records. If you just made the DNS changes it can take a few minutes to several hours for those changes to be pushed out.

I just post what I'm listening to at !eternalplaylist@crazypeople.online and other people can listen or not. There's a bot that posts youtube links when you post paid services so pretty much anyone can listen to anything being shared.

Hey everyone

We’re really sorry to say this, but lemm.ee will be shutting down on June 30, 2025.

What you need to know

As of now:

  • New user registrations are disabled
  • Creating new communities is disabled

What you should do:

  • You can export your settings at https://lemm.ee/settings to take them with you to another instance.
  • If you're moving to another instance, consider adding a note to your lemm.ee profile with your new username. Your old profile will still be visible from other instances even after we go offline.
  • Alternatively, if you want to delete your lemm.ee profile, now is the best time to do it, so the deletion can federate out before we go offline.
  • If you're one of the folks supporting us with a recurring donation, please remember to cancel it (Ko-Fi donations should have been cancelled automatically already). Our leftover funds are already enough to cover our bills for next month, so we can keep things running without any more support.

Because of how Lemmy is built, everything posted on lemm.ee will still be accessible from other instances, even after we go offline.

Why this is happening

The key reason is that we just don’t have enough people on the admin team to keep the place running. Most of the admin team has stepped down, mostly due to burnout, and finding replacements hasn’t worked out.

The sad reality is that while there are a lot of great people on Lemmy, there are also some who use the platform to attack others, stir up conflict, or actively try to undermine the project. Admins are volunteers who deal with the latter group on a constant basis, this takes a mental toll. Please understand why our admins chose to step down, and be kind to the admins on whatever instance you decide to join.

We know this sucks. We're genuinely sorry it’s ending like this. Thank you to everyone who spent time here and helped make it better.

– lemm.ee team
