Hunter Pence has multiple world series rings and had the goofiest throwing and batting style. Turns out he has a back condition that caused his thoracic vertebrae to fuse giving him basically zero flexibility through his mid spine. Also just a fun weird guy.

This may sound silly but there's a YouTube channel called cinema therapy and they have a series on non-toxic masculinity. I highly recommend the coverage of Rocky, how a true man's man expresses emotional vulnerability and love. Watching the channel in general has given me words for things I felt and experienced but didn't know how to talk about.
This made me think of bash.org for the first time in a decade, lol. Tried to go there but timed out. Did find a link that had most of the bloodninja stuff I remember.
