Better do it before the full power of exponential growth kicks in.

I predict that nations will simply start blowing up satellites in space, creating a shroud of debris which will make space exploration nearly impossible.

While I get the altruistic impulse to intervene, I do also know that some people want to spend their life alone. Have no desire to have anyone involved in their lives. They're totally at peace checking out of life by themselves, on their own terms. I do think it's important to respect their wishes.

It's set at a 50 mile radius, I have no interest in dating people on the other side of the world, I'd prefer someone I can interact with in person without having to hop on an airplane.

Get hardly anyone to notice me on okcupid, so I cancel my subscription, and within a day or two after it lapsed, I get 25 people interested in me, but I can't see their profile unless I pay, so I resubscribe only to see they're all in the Philippines and Africa. Then it's back to getting nothing. It seems to me that okcupid baited me into buying a subscription and I fell for it. The whole service is a scam.

Good way to keep those marriage rates low. Can't get divorced if one doesn't bother getting married in the first place.

It's not really necessary to be part of the Southern Baptist convention. In fact, it's not really necessary to be part of any church at all. A person doesn't have to go to church. There's no requirement for it and they can live a perfectly moral and meaningful life without ever setting foot in a church.
