Seriously, though, a normal country wouldn't get to the point where these people are like this and organized. "Arrest" is already late to be dealing with IMO, education should prevent this shit altogether.
A normal country would either force them into re-education camps or face the wall.
A normal country wouldn't have conditions producing such people en masse and would not have a major party that sees them as suitable up and coming political cadres
