Welcome to c/news! Please read the Hexbear Code of Conduct and remember... we're all comrades here.

Rules:

-- PLEASE KEEP POST TITLES INFORMATIVE --

Overly editorialized titles, particularly if they link to opinion pieces, may get your post removed.

All posts must include a link to their source. Screenshots are fine IF you include the link in the post body.

If you are citing a Twitter post as news, please include not just the twitter.com URL but also xcancle.org (or another Nitter instance). There is also a Firefox extension that can redirect Twitter links to a Nitter instance, such as Libredirect or archive them as you would any other reactionary source (archive.today, web.archive.org, ghostarchive.org). Twitter screenshots still need to be sourced or they will be removed.

Mass-tagging comm moderators across multiple posts like a broken Markov chain bot will result in a comm ban.

Repeated consecutive posting of reactionary sources, fake news, misleading / outdated news, false alarms over ghoul deaths, and/or shitposts will result in a comm ban.

Neglecting to use content warnings or NSFW when dealing with disturbing content will be removed until in compliance. Users who are consecutively reported due to failing to use content warnings or NSFW tags when commenting on or posting disturbing content will result in the user being banned.

Using April 1st as an excuse to post fake headlines, like the resurrection of Kissinger while he is still fortunately dead, will result in the poster being thrown in the gamer gulag and be sentenced to play and beat trashy mobile games like 'Raid: Shadow Legends' in order to be rehabilitated back into general society.

Noooo my PMV20XNER N-Channel Trench MOSFET with exceptionally low VGS(on) noooooooo

You were so beautiful in your tight and small SOT-23 package... Oh what pleasure your characteristic curves gave me over all these years of Voltage-Controlled Current Source design...

Look at those current capabilities as low as 1.7V... My boy was always perfectly suited for low voltage projects...

We will always remember you as one of the OGs...

(This is a Nexperia transistor)

new site tagline please

The whole post is a great tagline, just without the images.

Feels like we do need a maker com. I'm more of a through-hole afficionado but I'm open for all types of voltage to current relations.

We have diy, maybe that counts?

This is the China government response.

On the Dutch government’s control over Nexperia: China opposes overstretching the concept of national security and taking discriminatory measures targeting companies of a specific country. Market principles should be observed and trade issues must not be politicized. China will firmly defend our legitimate and lawful rights and interests.

China invoking the Hague Invasion Act would be an extremely confusing move but very funny

[–] groKKK@hexbear.net 25 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

With this move, the Netherlands once again show their cupidity and lack of principles. When it comes to spiting China, even "highly exceptional" moves are possible. But when it comes to defending white South Africans, then neither the Dutch state nor the country's media ever even attempt to raise the public's awareness of the terrible crime of white genocide that is currently taking place against their Afrikaner brethren. This is sickening.

commies: the state should take capital from private hands

netherlands: siezes capital

commies: nooo not like that

[–] Leegh@hexbear.net 17 points 1 week ago

I know you're just joking but to be clear: The socialist state to be specific. If we just believe in nationalization by itself the inevitable conclusion is supporting Nazi Germany taking control of Jewish controlled banks.

Imagine being born in the West with your lifetime coinciding exactly with its complete collapse

Imagine being born in China with your lifetime coinciding exactly with its meteoric rise into becoming not only the worlds most dominant society, but also the best one to live in, for the foreseeable future of human history

Their ancestors who fought as heroes in the great patriotic wars of the 20th century must be smiling at the future they fought to secure

Inb4 they sell it off to some Dutch/ US corporation and they completely destroy its cost-efficiency.
