And means mallard in Swedish. Rum means room or space. Andrum also means “room to breathe” so it has this really fitting double entendre you see in some IKEA names, in the sense that it’s “space for your bird” and also “gives you room to breathe.”
Another good example is the bookcase BILLY. It’s a masculine name, which that genre of furniture carries, but it also sounds like “billig” meaning inexpensive or affordable.

well here in Brazil we got our copies of it in almost every singular supermarket that exists
IKEA sells hats made of the same material. I have one.
