The people familiar with then have a convincing, but speculative case. The pieces exist and they fit, but they can fit a couple different ways as well. I'm about 75% convinced, but it could all fall apart.
I think we will know one way or the other early next week.
It's pretty damning already that it took mere hours of Tyler getting caught for ghouls like Nancy Mace to make a swift 180 from "dealth penalty" to "empathy and prayers".
