When nazis get desperate, they try out 'secret weapons'. They're overpriced, non-effective, and solely used for propaganda.

Electricity? Sounds like a railgun. Overhyped and an easy target. They can't even keep tanks in one piece. They can't protect their SAM systems from airborne threats. I wonder how many 'points' a railgun is.

The exact purpose of this facility remains unknown.

I was hoping for more clues on that. It sounds like an easy thing to disrupt so I can't imagine they'd try manufacturing anything. The only thing that makes sense to me would be a distribution point to send the power further on into the Russian grid.
