Roll back the kernel and do a back report on both SuSE and kernel.org. Not much you can do until they fixed it.
Linux
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

Works for me on my desktop. Latest kernel. USB Bluetooth stick.
Might depend on the hardware.
Bluetooth seems to be some kind of black magic. Difficult to get right.
My son wanted to use our Wiimote and gamepad on his computer. I wanted to make it as easy as possible for him because I remembered all the stress I had on my laptop.
Turned out on his PC it just works™. He connects it and Steam Input helps with game compatibility. While on my laptop I have to use some bluetoothctl (I think) with stupid pin-less setup and cannot use KDE's own bluetooth applet. We're both on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed.

Does rofi-bluetooth help you a little bit with things?
Probably. But that doesn't fix KDE.
