From Google Maps, it looks like a big part of the river is dried out. Why aren't we seeing ATV's or other light vehicles contesting the territory?

There is obviously no infrastructure, no buildings and no cellars to hide in. If you try to hold it drones will go Liam Neeson on you.

Also Ukrainians would have to cross Dnipro first.
