It's a Nazi affirmation or pledge of allegiance, popularized by white supremicist David Lane.
Knowing it and saying it, or referring to "14 Words" (or any of the other Nazis memes, 1488, HH etc) is a not-so-secret way of letting other Nazis that you too have a brain as smooth as a bowling alley.
Ah okay. I thought it was something like that. Fuck Nazis and their dumb "secret codes".
