"escape from the pessimism and propaganda of modern fiction" is hilarious. I am tempted to read this, just to see what the heck. I do not mind different perspectives in books at all, but it sure seems like he protests too much and it's likely propaganda itself.

Every time I hear “traditional values” nowadays, I think of alt-right. Is it an overly right wing author?
