the world would be so much better if climate change made the world colder instead
Id rather freeze to death in snowpiercer than sweat to death in reality
Thesis: It's too hot
Antithesis: We live in the Cool Zone
Synthesis:
it's so hot the asphalt is gooey in front of my house
Too hot
Too humid
Just sitting in front of the A/C with my undies on
Weather is supposed to break here tomorrow and finally get back down in the low 80's. But for like 2 weeks straight it was hitting 90 daily and it was miserable.
90 daily is the average Texas summer. I cannot wait to permanently get the fuck out of there
It's not the heat that gets ya, it's the humidity!
My coworker had the brilliant idea to book a load of filter changes in the top of a glass building where the ventilation rooms are hardly ventilated (ironic). So I was stuck crawling around in ventilation ducts and hauling stuff up and down stairs and ladders in protective gear in 35 degree heat. My gloves had half a deciliter of sweat each in them when I took them off.
If only it had been the day before when it was pissing rain, but no, the weather has to be an asshole like that.
Antithesis- it's not hot enough
Synthesis- this porridge is juuuuuust right
I'm in Vietnam right now and DAMN I miss the heat of Arabia (in general, no specific country) back home it was always 40°C.. Here? Its always <15°C, which is very cold. And it's not even winter lol.
For some reason I've always loved the heat, and despised the cold.
Soon as it hits 15 I'm in shorts and anything over 25 makes me want to skip work.
Guess I'm looking into vietnam
Its mainly the mountains I think. I think non mountainous regions are at 20°C? Can't remember lol
It hit 40°+ a couple summers ago and all the construction sites shut down and pepple were advised to stay indoors unless necessary.
It goes over 30°C during winters for me now.
