In rehab we had a slang word for the world inside, "the pink bubble" and the therapists would always put it into perspective that sobriety is easy inside the bubble of an institution but out in the real world it would be tested. It's correct here as for those particular things, as the consensus for those things is correct, and held by everyone who occupies any ideology that starts the moment you move slightly left from outright chud.
