(I just checked, it's 19 on my phone, 21 on my laptop and 12 on my work PC)
6 is about my limit before the Au* part of my AuDHD kicks in and I exasperatedly shove them all into the bookmarks folder

The date stamp is visible in the picture. How’s opening and sniffing it faster/more convenient?
In this case it is thankfully placed in an obvious spot. I was speaking more in general because they’re not always that easy to find.
I actually find it hard to believe someone can literally survive with something like that for more than a few months.

I mentioned Soylent a while back and someone commented that it was slop. I guess people just aren't into that.
genuinely, toss in some starchy bread and maybe fruit in there, please. your gut will thank you.
It's already supposed to be a balanced diet with fiber and protein, wouldn't bread throw off the balance?
Felt prompted to share my lunch. Feeling healthy (yes one of the pills is MP as well).
What are the other pills?
The capsule is the MP, the lengthy one is escitalopram (an SSRI antidepressant), the round ones are thyrostatics, for my autoimmune hyperthyroidism.
Does this combination work for you? Have you tried an SNRI like venlafaxin?
It works really well for me! Since I've been on both, my mood has been ok almost every day, for the first time since puberty (10-15 years ago). Psych said that's a known effect of this exact combo.
Hope that's decaf. Methylphenidate and caffeine really don't mix well.
I've had zero issues and my psych hadn't said anything either
Lucky you! I'm just getting started so I'm not allowed to drink caffeine as it would falsify the effects. The "manual" (Packungsbeilage in German) also says that caffeine can have an adverse effect, making you completely jittery and unable to concentrate. But every person is different and you lucked out I suppose.
Better than the alternative of simply not eating anything.
Some nutrition is better than no nutrition.
I wouldn't call that a good foundation for a diet.
yFood kinda sucks taste-wise IMO and I think meal replacement shakes from a sports nutrition company offer a better bang for the buck. (Plus the whole thing where Nestlé owns a share of the company these days.)
