going to gigs with friends, laser tag. if I had friends come over we'd choose to watch really shitty films just to laugh at them

Jerk off.
Drive around on a bike.
Gaming and wanking
Read, fiddle around on a ZX81, then a Cortex, read, cycle to and wander in a large local forest, read, sneak into and climb church towers, read, tabletop wargaming, read, sketching and painting. Did I mention reading?
ZX81 was my first computer, followed by a ZX Spectrum 48. 💜
Walk. Just walk, for miles. I still do. It's like, I'll plan to just walk round the block, but something always compels me to wander a little further. Just to see what's up round the bend. What's down this road. Not sure what it is, really. It's nice, though. It feels like you could just disappear, wandering alone down side streets, through estates, alongside motorways and A-Roads, and nothing could stop you going where they take you. It feels nice to have that control.
How about you? 🥳
It shifted over the years, but was a moderately healthy blend of computer games, football, bike rides, mild cannabis use, Warhammer 40k & Blood Bowl, careful fires and explosives, reading, watching films, smoking, underage drinking, being in a shit indie band with my mates, snogging and "heavy petting" with girls, painting and drawing, trying to look older to get served in pubs, playing pool, writing embarrassing teenage poetry, pranks and messing about, listening to music.
I'm so boring and grown up these days :(
Play transport tycoon, rollercoaster tycoon and rainbow six: rogue spear. Go to house parties. That's pretty much it. I grew up in a small village and all my mates lived 30 minutes away by car.
I'll save you the boring answers and go with: record music off of the XFM rock show on Friday and Saturday nights. It was always new talent trying to make a name, and some of them did and some of them faded into obscurity.
I have recordings of great songs (albeit with some static) with lyrics that you simply cannot find on the internet anywhere.
I dub these "ghost bands" and their songs haunt my hard drive.
It was a weird mix of driving beat out cars / vans around farm fields (some of it during summer jobs... fantastic), gaming, walking / biking, then driving places with my friends and missing out on canabis... mostly good times
Stranger Things brought back a lot of memories for me, albeit without all the weird stuff.
