Uhm that is just one side of the story. Where's the train of thoughts blaming the person for not doing anything and the feeling of having no escape?

That happens in the disturbing dreams that come after you sleep to escape everything.
Actually the OG is ☆ Yσɠƚԋσʂ ☆ (yogthos@lemmy.ml), although we can see the cross-posting chain as well as the true OC attribution in the lower right corner so perhaps no real need to provide such a mention at all?
Meh, less traffic to .ml is good in my book.
Good point! I'm still not quite sure what the etiquette for crossposting is on Lemmy.
I’m a bit boggled when I hear that there are more ADHDers amongst risk-taking entrepreneurs than the general population. It sounds like an overwhelming and stressful endeavor.
It is. It's why most endeavors crash and burn if they even get off the ground to begin with. Yet, being the owners of our own labor through taking the risk of starting a self-owned-and-operated business is the only way for those of us who need control over our schedule to be able to do so without it held above our heads when push comes to shove.
So Catch-22: do you want control over your work-life balance and have the freedom to work at your own pace, in the way you find most comfortable, or save yourself the stress of needing to manage all the complexities of running a business in the current economic landscape?
Sadly, under capitalism, we can't have both.
