I do think that's the main purpose.
That's because it's a stupid idea blurted out by a senile old man who's just remember things talked about decades ago by other Presidents. He remembered the star wars program under Regan and here we go. At most it's a bullshit front to pump money into more nukes to aim at China. As if they ever needed to justify that before.
Either that or it's gonna be an excuse to point nukes at their own cities. Which I would t be surprised of either. If something ever comes about that jeopardizes their rule, I can see them burning it all down rather than losing control. It makes sense honestly. The more time passes the more their strategy seems to shift from winning against outside forces and more about losing in a way that keeps their power at home.
he's the pinnacle of memberries. Another great example is the Alcatraz situation. I feel like we're living in a sitcom.
Nothing turmp does this term seems to work out. It all seems to blow up in his face. Clearly he is just going to use this to funnel money to his favorite weapons manufacturer but I wonder what twist of the plan will end up making usa more vulnerable to missiles.
