They kinda look like Hank and Bobby Hill.
The translations you're seeing here are inaccurate at best.
電気アンマ does mean electric massage, but it specifically refers to the move being performed on the packaging: pressing one's foot into someone's genitals, as a prank. So it's not just any electric massage.
Also, 復活 does mean resurrection, but once again, it's unlikely that's what they meant, in a literal sense. It's more likely they meant "comeback," as in bringing back the practice of 電気アンマ.
It's a meme by タイツくん (Tights-kun). They were selling it on their website, but aren't anymore, and the flavour is black pepper and salt with bamboo charcoal. I can't read the last kanji very well, but I'm trusting this Reddit post's reading. It does seem to check out, but the resolution is awful.
Is that a common prank? What would be an appropriate scenario for it to happen?
No clue! This post was the first time I've ever heard of this electric massage thing.
Maybe it's the sort of stuff that happens to the first person to fall asleep at a sleepover or something. Just a guess.
"Bring back the ball buzzer"?
Maybe something like that, yeah.
Thanks, I’m guessing what you posted is pretty much right on
Edit: fallible output above per below - thanks @gon@lemm.ee
Yeah.
That screenshot has some errors on point 2 and 3, by the way.

It doesn't say シリーズ (series), it says ドリトス (Doritos). So it's タイツくん〇〇大人のドリトス (Tights-kun Adult Doritos), with the middle part being cut off and unreadable. I did some more research on this and figured out what it says.

It doesn't say 刺激入り (with a kick). I can't read the 2^nd^ kanji on the packaging, but the first one is definitely not 刺. The Reddit post I linked in the original reply seems to think it says 竹炭入り (bamboo charcoal inside), which upon further research I can confirm is correct, according to the website, even though the 2^nd^ kanji is basically unreadable on that image.
As a fun fact, in the top left it says 励行のこと in the little rectangle, which refers to doing something diligently. On the website, this particular image is accompanied by the text "Don't we have any other way to motivate our workers?"
Where did you get that screenshot by the way? Seems like a really cool tool. Is that ChatGPT?
"Don't we have any other way to motivate our workers?"
Ahaha!!
cool tool
Yeah we spent a ton of energy on that analysis but am necessarily so curious about the state of the art (I’mma tech person) and this was a suitable test case. UC Berkeley/others’s got a project
with SotA available free (but all data hoovered for research)
My other big test was right when it came out after reporting about scary good image analysis, on something where I had a legitimate question. tl;dr take pic of scene IRL, remove EXIF, hop on VPN, and upload to ^ & see if its response/analysis feels creepy or reverse image search is just as good or what
PS: adding missed disclaimer to previous comment
Team yellow doesn't look like he's getting pranked.
That only raises more questions
I don't disagree
Pink Guy flavoured Doritos
Google translate didn't help...
Oh, it's just Electric Massage Resurrection flavor? Boring, my local supermarket has that too
Sounds dope
Inventors of this flavour are brilliant and surprisingly innovative. Here's a video that explains the creative process behind it.
Very insightful.
Which of the 2 guys does it make you feel like?
Not sure if this is also a stab at how people in countries with good laws for food safety react to doritos.
I read an account of someone from the UK I think having a mouthgasm and eating several bags. Apparently its a common occurrence.
American Doritos contain MSG. That would probably do it.
MSG?
Monosodium Glutamate
Black pepper and salt, the rest is an advert
Ngl hot
Fucking Doritos, clearly.
Maybe that's some kind of kanji
Long, long man.
