House. I feel bad for anybody who's not seen it with the original intro music.
Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. That song is catchy as all hell .
Peacemaker. The same catchy song and love the dance routine.
i loved the first season intro but the second was so disappointing ):
Yeah agreed on that i go back sometimes and listen to season one just for the theme then skip to season 2 episode
Babylon 5. First show to change the intro with each new season, IIRC.

There's something new to see every time! I've only just got back into watching the early seasons again recently.

What we do in the shadows
Battlestar Galactica (the remake with Eddie Olmos) . It changes throughout the series, and it highlights important bits.
I'd say Firefly too, but that's just because it's awesome. Airwolf was the same way, back in its heyday, and it was cool in ways that knight rider wasn't.
But I'm here only for Battlestar today. So say we all.
