This kind of executive decision, trying to seem "approachable" and "relatable" made by a bunch of suits who have never faced any real hardship their entire lives trying to connect their brand using "slang" and "fads" like this. They see something is popular, so they infest it like parasites, completely removing a word from its context and using it as yet another trendy marketing term.
