I dont pay $5 for a med in my country simply because an American pays $460 for it. It doesn’t work like that.
We are in a global economy. If the medicine is produced by the same company, there is some connection there. I'm not saying its 1-1 correlated, but it is unlikely the prices are completely independent. Companies are constantly adjusting the prices of their services from location to location, and all the money ends up in the same pot at the end of the day.
One of the few things Trump believes in is the Divine Right of Corporations.

Do egg prices decrease now?
I just bought eggs and the price nearly doubled since last week.
You could always come up to Canada and get yourself some eggs for the equivalent of about $2.50 US. Of course, the prices up here are high because we have a marketing board that limits competition.
I am not sure if you are telling me thats a low or high price. A few weeks ago I purchased a dozen and the cheapest one was $6 US and the highest reached $10. I havent seen it this bad even when it was at its worst a few years ago.
From my understanding, the prices have gone up again due to bird flu causing the killing of a lot of chickens. Has this not been the case there?
I was being ironic. We have an egg marketing board, so prices don't fluctuate very much. To be honest, I don't really understand why us prices are consistently so much higher. Occam's razor would suggest that it is Monopoly control of the market.
We usually buy our eggs directly from local people who have free-range chickens. We end up paying CAD $5 a dozen, about $3.50 US. In the supermarket, eggs start at about CAD $4 a dozen.

What are you talking about? It makes perfect sense, he will continue to enrich billionaires and business interests at all other costs. His supporters are gullible or weak or both and won't fight yhe narratives that will come out. My guess is it'll be an ego play combined with bribes - remove the actual government regulation and enforcement, then make himself the guy who "puts the hurt on" the drug companies and some fake stats about how much better it will get.
