So, for the purposes of payment, Spotify considers a song to have been streamed once it plays for at least 30 seconds.

The band Pocket Gods released an album “1000x30.” It consists of 1000 songs that are approximately 30 seconds long. That is, all the songs are at least 30 seconds long. The longest is 36 seconds.

This post might not technically belong here but, it certainly seems to be “maliciously compliant” in spirit.
