Disagree. It's the choo choo that is missing on modern trains.
I think they oughta install a tiny steam boiler just for the Choo Choo.
Can’t beat the acoustics of a real steam whistle!
Not around me it isn’t..
They choo choo several times for each road crossing, of which there are 5 within earshot of my house. They run roughly once every two hours, including at night, and they do still choo choo at night.
These are freight and not passenger, though.
