It's actually pretty good! I made it several times when I was a kid. It will curdle a little bit though...

Works better with 35% cream, in my experience. Poor man's ice cream float.

ever had an ice cream float? it'll probably be fine. there must also only be a splash of pepsi in that glass judging by the colour.

it certainly isnt going to turn fresh milk rancid, I guess would could mean curdle. 🥛

You'd think that, but it doesn't seem to, or if it does, the separation isn't noticable.

Pilk isn't bad, it's kind of like a disappointing Pepsi float
