Tbh most of those points are irrelevant or make no sense, and are easily refutable (Id go down the list but I really don't have the time rn, might do it this evening)

The only potentially valid one is the corruption stuff, but I'd have to look into it more.

Any other sources besides some random twitter guy?

Well, you could start by checking his sources, such as the Kyiv Independent. So, if his points are "irrelevant and make no sense", you could start by explaining why points such as "the independent wrote about the project's corruption" are wrong. Simply point out where he lies about the contents of the western media sources he uses (he doesn't), I'll wait.
