Can you imagine being an assassin and being asked to off ICE? That has to be the cheapest job going. Despite the fact they wear body armour, that's a pretty easy target to hit because bulletproof vests don't come in XXXL.

What are they doing, offering two for one offers. Or is it more of a pride thing and they're trying to work out how many they can take out with a single bullet.

Can you imagine being a citizen that carries a firearm, and seeing these people on the street trying to kidnap someone and not shooting them? I am shocked that this hasn't happened yet.

Theoretically it's anonymous for the payer. But the payee (in this case, the one directly doing the crime) is identifiable. So that wouldn't work so well.
