One of the unfortunate (planned) effects of ICE is they killing immigrant economies. I wonder if these signs will make that worse.

Not an economy thing, but where I live you used to see Spanish-speaking men playing organized soccer on almost every field in the area early Saturday and Sunday mornings. I haven't seen even one of these games this year. Understandable that they don't want to congregate in one place, even though ICE doesn't seem to be active around here at all.

All it takes is one MAGAT calling the Brown: Get Them Out of Town Hotline. They are smart not to congregate when our country is embracing white supremacy.

At the park where I start my long bike ride, I went to the bathroom after I was done and opened the door to find three hispanic teenagers smoking a joint. I said "look guys, this shit is not smart at all in today's climate. Go off into the woods to get high for fuck's sake." As I was walking back to my car, a cop pulled up in his black Mustang and went up and confronted the teenagers (with tacticool gear and everything). I was relieved to see that he appeared to be just giving them a warning. Kind of creepy that he was there at all, but I suppose the park has cameras set up somewhere.
