I struggled for the last 20 years to get my weight under control, finally resulting in dangerous cholesterol levels. After starting Zephound in May 2025, I have lost 80 pounds, and my last blood work was excellent. I've never felt better. But I definitely don't want to advertise how I lost the weight because of this "cheating" opinion. I hate that I feel obligated to hide it, like it's a dirty secret. Why can't people just be happy that others ate working to improve their health?

People felt the same when tinder was first a thing in my opinion. They were ashamed they met online, but it's now such commonplace that no one really cares. I'd expect the same to happen here.

Congrats!

First off, congratulations. I think people are just wankers to be honest. There's this ingrained idea that you have to drag others down. Health and in particular fitness, including weight loss isn't about how you get there but that you're there. Fuck everyone sitting in their ivory towers judging.
