A good test of a "Leftist Mod" for a game like this is the quality/existence of the ahistorical communist paths.

They have an extremely detailed path for communist Britain, France, America and Italy, and most major nations in the game have the option.

Ooh, fun. I must admit, communist Britain is a personal favourite of mine for its sheer implausibility - commie America is fun for the same reasons, but decently written commie Britain is a little bit rarer, so it's always neat.
