Gosh, Cygnus just can't catch a break. First NG-22 was damaged before it even got to the launch pad, and now NG-23 has a propulsion issue.

And losing Antares because of Russia starting a war.

I'm hoping the engine issue is something recoverable like a weird sensor reading. But if the engine died and this was a movie, Northrop makes space tugs and could pull off an incredible rescue.
