That's a great idea actually. They should lower work hours so more people can be employed and give everyone free adult college classes.
I genuinely think it would alleviate a lot of societal problems. Gets people out and into a social situation that isn’t work. Updates information for people who’re still running on what they learned in Bio 101 in 1970.
There’s a lot of stuff that we as a society have learned and a lot of people stopped updating their knowledge when they left high school
