edit: if you're usa and depending on your state (california for sure), you "can't" be fired for political opinions. the quotes are because you still can be fired but you will have an actionable lawsuit

this could be a really good idea. would it be best for it to come from someone who's doxxed on the site?

Section 230 is a pretty strong immunity shield for internet sites:
Edit: Actually I'm not sure about it now. They don't allow automatic online submissions, so it's really not an interactive website, just a place to post dox.
I don't think that immunity applies when you are specifically soliciting illegal content.
It's hard to see on mobile, but the first example they have had the gal literally advocating for nonviolence, and hoping that Charlie Kirk survived.
Innocent people will get hurt by this.
