I'm in agreement here, it also seems an odd thing to send to someone for their birthday? Like it's a made up conversation between the two, right? What kind of birthday message is that?

Disagreed. This is indeed nonsensical bullshit, but even when he's trying to sound intelligent, he doesn't come across as this "well spoken" or "eloquent" sounding. At least IMO.
Before anyone somehow contorts this into me defending Trump or saying he's innocent, my biggest wish is for someone to deliver a hot load directly between his eyes. Interpret that as you will.
