As someone who uses non-precribed medication, I'm embarrassed to ask this: what is the thing on the right? My aforementioned non-precribed medication and its mentality has me projecting it as some form of paraphernalia, but fucked if I know what for. It's not w bubble, too clean to be a stem for freebasing, a vape of some sort?
