I've seen a lot of pass through doors on opposite sides, this is the first I've seen doors front and adjacent. I'd say it's mildly interesting and I'm unfortunately sober

I'm thinking that seeing this was so unexpected that you not only assumed it was two pictures, but also read the description wrong.
This is one picture, and the elevator doesn't "have 90 degree corners in it" it has the doors on two walls perpendicular to each other.
