Wealth

The more people have it, the easier they believe that someone without any could get their own wealth.

Especially those born with wealth ... it doesn't have to be great wealth either .... just enough wealth to get a good education, a good start and even some help to start life as an adult. The more people have it, the more they believe that everyone around them is the same and if it isn't, then it's someone's failing or inability. Wealthy people can't understand that wealth is generational - that everyone should be born wealthy and if they aren't it's the fault of the person who was born or their family (who were also not born wealthy)
