I stand corrected. Did not look very closely at this picture of trump hand.

Old people have bad make up too. And lots of them have, I guess is the implication here, bruising. Some old people bruise super easily. From medical stuff or just normal carelessness.

People live like that for decades too.

Right which is something that old people do all the time and is pretty much required to be a healthy, alive old person. It suggests he has access to health care. Somebody is looking after him.
