I would think this guy was being so over-the-top cartoonishly evil on purpose just to get us to grow a spine and rise up to overthrow the corrupt government if we were actually growing a spine and rising up to overthrow the government.

It won't happen, under Capitalism, they have a large part of the working class, PMC class, walking on a salary vs debt thin edge, too afraid to change anything because their world would fall apart. It is a devious plan and it works, prevents them from grabbing pitchforks, and often even attacking those that are trying to rise up against the oligarchs.

i think that's actually his plan. proof to the blue states that the right to secession and state's rights are valuable. this way he pleases his texan voters.
