It's Schrödinger's Statement. Both true and false depending on what the situation calls for.
I feel like this is true for a lot of things in US politics nowadays.
The real goal of fake news: there is no reality, only this moment's convenient story.

It must be so disappointing to be MAGA. You're a nasty shit person to everyone, and just when you think you get what you've waited for or start to win, the goal posts move and nothing actually materializes... ever.
Border wall, Epstein files, cheaper prices, making America great... it's all just lies that will never come to pass.
After all these years what do they have to be proud of, other than the "liberal tears" they seem to somehow feed off of... Other Americans in less pain than they are, that's all they are getting, but it seems to be enough.
