Your initial post didn't suggest therapy and meds at all. It sounded way more condescending, as in "simply get your act together and start doing better". Therapy takes time and some people have it way worse than others.
Yeah that's how most people read it, all good though I don't mind elaborating. Or apologizing if I hurt feelings. I just don't really like the image and what it says to me.
